Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Please provide any specific pertinent information about the P.O. Box or APO/FPO and verify before purchasing.


Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email or text message confirmation upon ordering. You need to enter your choice of contact so that you may receive a confirmation and track your order. Sometimes these emails can end up in the Spam folder, so please be sure to check there as well. 


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, however, final shipping costs are determined one the order is in the system and quantity and weight are factored into the shipping costs provided by the US Postal Service or UPS. The initial shipping cost is a close estimate to the actual cost.


Damages

OneNation Coffee is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. We ask that you please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping internationally around the world. This includes but is not limited to Canada and the rest of the world. 


In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our roasting facility in Summerville, SC. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 


Our in-store pickup hours are 9:30-4:00PM  Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.


Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges can be made if you ordered the wrong size or type of coffee bag, merchandise, or changed your mind about an item, but it has to be sent back within 14 days of your initial purchase. Within these 14 days you are responsible for contacting us that you would like to return or exchange items from your order so that we may send you a return label to help you accordingly. If there are shipping related days, returns can be extended up to 21 days.
