So we have subscriptions up and running. I would love to say that was an easy task. Unfortunately I spent so much time messing with subscription sites that over promised and under delivered. At the end of the day we went with PayPal Subscriptions. Then we were able to connect the PayPal store to ShipStation.

Now once you subscribe we will receive your order every time your payment is received. Once we receive your order we roast, bag and ship your coffee straight to you. That means your coffee will arrive as fresh as possible.

We offer three types of subscriptions. Monthly, Bi-Weekly and Weekly. Along with subscriptions comes free shipping. We believe you will love our coffee.  We also believe if it is convenient for you to receive it, you love it even more.

Event planning!

We have done a few events now and see that is the direction we need to go. I plan on setting up an event calendar on our website so we can showcase what we are doing and where we will be.

Currently the only place we showcase our events is on social media. So for now continue to follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

Two months

People keep asking me, "How long you guys been selling/roasting coffee?" I always say about three months. To my surprise, it turns out it's only been two. Not sure why my mind added a month, but time has flown. Our website went live on April 23rd @10:18pm.

Since then we have had an awesome ride. We have met some great people along the way. I look forward to our very bright future. As always, follow us on social media to keep up-to-date on all sales and events.

First Run

Yesterday, 21 April 2017, was our official first run of Roast 001-Tastes Like Freedom.

 Our First Bag 001.

Our First Bag 001.

It was an exciting day yesterday. This has taken months to plan and we finally were ready to kick it off.  Over the next few months we will be reliving some of the things we went through and lessons learned. I hope this encourages others to take a chance on American opportunity.

Spotlight: Team Overwatch

As part of an ongoing monthly series, OneNation Coffee sets out to assist in our communities by donating a portion of our profits to help service members of our Active Duty Military, Veterans, and First Responders. For the months of April and May we are donating to the ongoing work of San Diego-based Team Overwatch

Team Overwatch's vision is to ensure there are no obstacles for our wounded veteran's and active duty warriors that have been injured in conflict. They heighten visibility for our wounded warriors and their journey to adapt to a new life; to enable them all the freedom they had prior to being injured.

Team Overwatch focuses help prevent stopping points in the road to recovery for families or service-members that are recovering from loss or wounds. They have gathered toys, rucked hundreds of miles, and raised thousands of dollars to educate our communities about PTSD, provide advocacy for programs that help veterans and their families deal with psychological trauma associated with recovery or loss and purchase equipment or property for families.

Meet JB

John Wayne Boggs (JB) was born in Tulsa, OK. He was raised in the small town of Wilburton, OK by his mother Donna and grandparents Buck and Ruby.  Life was simple in small town Oklahoma, just the way he prefers it. After graduating from Wilburton High School in 2001 and spending two years at Eastern Oklahoma State College, JB moved to Edmond, OK where he currently resides. In the Fall of 2015 a beautiful girl by the name of Evelyn Marie came into his life.  They were married six months later. It happened fast, but when you know, you know.

Although each of the four major seasons holds a special place in JB’s heart (well maybe not Summer in Oklahoma, he says), It’s three other seasons that he lives by: Storm season, Football season, and Hunting season.

In 1996 while watching the movie Twister, his love of storms began.  Now every Spring John climbs in his Chevy pickup and travels thousands of miles across the Southern Plains chasing storms. Most days end with no tornadoes seen and even sometimes no storms at all. But his love of dirt roads, small towns, and gas station food keep his spirits high until the next chase.

OU football is an obsession for JB. Saturdays in the Fall are met with the disappointment of a loss or the relief of a win. A fellow OU supporter once said to JB, “the difference between you and me is I’m a fan, you’re a fanatic”. Enough said. BOOMER SOONER!

Hunting and fishing have been a passion from a young age for JB.  Whether it’s bow hunting deer, sitting in a duck blind, calling in coyotes, or chasing turkeys in April, JB does it all. To him nothing beats those cool crisp November mornings watching the sunrise above the tree line, waiting on a good buck to walk by.

JB is a man of honor, always striving to do what’s right. He loves his Heavenly Father, his family, and his country. Above all else JB is thankful to his mother for teaching him the importance of having a personal relationship with the Lord. To him, that is the most important thing that can be taught.
